Bricks & Bowls got its name from our signature focaccia sandwiches (Bricks) and fresh, flavorful bowls (Bowls). Originally launched in 2020 by our parent company, Ghost Kitchen Orlando, as a virtual delivery-only concept, Bricks & Bowls quickly gained popularity for its unique and delicious offerings.
Our first location opened in the Millenia Mall food court in 2022. Today we proudly serve two locations in Winter Park - including our home on Park Avenue with a welcoming, secluded courtyard - with a third on the way at Orlando International Airport.
